By downloading, installing, or using Abbalone (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KheniTech ("we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the App, whether playing as a Guest or with a signed-in account, on iOS or Android.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement above. We reserve the right to terminate accounts belonging to users who do not meet this requirement.
Guest Play
You may play Abbalone as a Guest without creating an account. Guest gameplay does not require any personal information, and your game statistics will not be saved across devices or app reinstalls.
Signed-In Accounts
Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the App. Account deletion permanently removes your profile, statistics, ELO rating, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

Online Multiplayer
Abbalone allows you to play real-time online games with other players using a 6-character game code. Online game data is stored for up to 7 days and then automatically deleted.
Daily Challenge
One curated puzzle is available per day. Daily Challenge results are tracked per account. Scores and streaks are reset if your account is deleted.
ELO Leaderboard
Online multiplayer results affect your ELO rating, which determines your rank (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Diamond) on the global leaderboard. ELO calculations are performed by our servers and are final. Display names on the leaderboard are visible to all users.
If you grant notification permission, we may send you a daily challenge reminder and a daily motivational message. We do not send notifications for in-game events such as an opponent's move. You may withdraw notification permission at any time in your device Settings. Withdrawing permission does not affect your ability to play.
Abbalone is free to play and is supported by advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the App you agree to the display of advertisements. On iOS, personalised ads require your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. Where regional consent is required, you can review or withdraw advertising choices through Profile → Settings → Privacy Choices. You can also manage the device advertising identifier in system privacy settings.
We do not control the content of third-party advertisements. Advertisements do not reflect an endorsement by KheniTech of any advertised product or service.
All content in the App — including graphics, game logic, board designs, marble artwork, sounds, and the "Abbalone" and "Abalone Royale" names — is the property of KheniTech or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
The classic Abalone board game concept is a registered trademark of its respective owners. Abbalone is an independent implementation and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the trademark holders.
The App allows you to set a display name visible to other players. By choosing a display name, you represent that it does not infringe any third-party rights and does not contain offensive, hateful, or unlawful content. We reserve the right to remove or change display names that violate these Terms without notice.
You retain ownership of your display name. By submitting it, you grant KheniTech a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it within the App (e.g., in the leaderboard and during games).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KheniTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of game progress, or loss of ELO rating.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (which, for a free app, is zero).
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
You may stop using the App and delete it from your device at any time. If you have a signed-in account, you may also delete it from within the App's Settings screen.
Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
